The hotel available room service was very helpful when we got into a predicament with our reservation not being confirmed correctly. They were able to accommodate us even though we didn't have a reservation, which saved our weekend. The staff was polite and considerate, even offering alternative solutions to our problem.
This caused a lot of stress and anxiety, and we ended up having to call our bank to prevent a payment from being made. It's not clear where the problem originated, but it was a shame to have our experience dampened in this way.

We were actually surprised by the great service we received from the staff at the hotel. They were able to accommodate us even though there was a mix-up with our reservations. the hotel was very clean, and the facilities were up to our standards. We also appreciated the accessible parking, easy for us to transport our belongings to the room.
All was good.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find with a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. the rooms are comfortable and clean with a great range of facilities. the bathroom is modern and well, maintained. the breakfast is delicious and provides a wide selection of food. the staff are courteous and professional, ensuring excellent service throughout your stay. the hotel also offers high, speed Wi, Fi with a stable connection, perfect for business travelers.
