The hotel available room service was very helpful when we got into a predicament with our reservation not being confirmed correctly. They were able to accommodate us even though we didn't have a reservation, which saved our weekend. The staff was polite and considerate, even offering alternative solutions to our problem.

This caused a lot of stress and anxiety, and we ended up having to call our bank to prevent a payment from being made. It's not clear where the problem originated, but it was a shame to have our experience dampened in this way.
